Non-medical access through cultivation associations requires membership, age 18+ and qualifying German residence. Clubs organized as associations (Vereine) require a minimum three-month membership. This is non-commercial association supply, not dispensary retail. Prescription medical dispensing through pharmacies is a separate route.

• Âge minimum : 18 ans

The association route is not open to visiting tourists; qualifying residence is required.

Association supply is capped at 25 g per day and 50 g per calendar month for members 21+; members aged 18-20 have a 30 g monthly cap and a 10% THC cap.

These dispensing limits do not replace the separate possession limits.
