These terms cover the 420.camp website, its API and the tools we provide to venue owners. Last updated 2026-08-31.

This page is published in English. Translations of the site's interface exist for convenience; where they differ, the English text is the one that applies.

1. What 420.camp is

420.camp is a directory of cannabis venues and a plain-language summary of the law that applies where each of them is. We collect information from public sources, from venue owners who claim their listing, and from visitors who contribute.

2. What it is not

Nothing here is legal advice. Our legal summaries are written for travellers and shoppers, not for lawyers or courts. They are dated, they cite their sources, and they can be out of date or wrong. Cannabis law changes quickly and varies between a country, its regions and individual municipalities. Before you rely on anything you read here, check the source we cite and the local rules that apply to you.

We do not sell cannabis, arrange its sale, or act for any venue listed. A listing is not an endorsement, and its presence does not mean a venue is operating lawfully.

3. Who may use it

You must be of legal age to access cannabis information in your jurisdiction — at least 18, and 21 where local law requires it. Do not use this site to do anything unlawful where you are, including in places where possession or purchase is an offence.

4. Accounts

An account is optional; you need one to review a venue, claim a listing, contribute a photo or earn Seeds. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We can suspend an account that is used to post unlawful content, to impersonate a business, or to manipulate reviews or contributions.

5. What you contribute

When you submit a review, a photo, a correction or a venue suggestion, you confirm that it is yours to submit and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of what you write and photograph, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it as part of 420.camp, including in our API and in our search-engine listings.

Reviews may be edited by their author, and every earlier version stays visible. A venue may answer a review once, and that answer may also be edited with its history kept. We may hide or remove a contribution that breaks these terms; where a contribution earned Seeds, they may be withdrawn with it.

6. Venue owners

Claiming a listing requires proof that you control the business. What you can change and how much you can upload depends on your plan, which is shown on your venue's page. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish about your own venue, including prices, hours and product information, and for its lawfulness where you operate. We may correct or remove anything that is demonstrably false, and we may end a claim obtained by misrepresentation.

7. Paid plans

Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change never applies to a period already paid for. Some features are additionally limited by the law where a venue is — cannabis advertising is restricted or prohibited in several of the markets we cover, and we will not enable a feature that would break it.

8. Seeds

Seeds recognise contributions. They are not money, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn if the contribution that earned them is removed. What they can be exchanged for depends on the law where you are.

9. Using our data

Reuse of our content and data is covered by the content licence, and API use additionally by the rules on the developers page. Automated collection outside those terms — scraping the directory, or reproducing it in bulk — is not permitted.

10. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that any listing, opening time, price, menu, or legal summary is accurate, complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the new version applies. Questions, corrections and complaints: hello@420.camp.
