Since 1 January 2026, adults aged 21+ may legally possess up to 100g of dried cannabis at home and up to 25g in public. Amounts above these limits fall back to decriminalized/misdemeanor treatment or criminal charges depending on quantity.

• Minimum age 21+

Age threshold is 21, higher than the general adult age of 18.

Exceeding the limits reverts to fines or, for larger amounts, criminal liability.
